This notice and the options below apply only to California residents.
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the
California Privacy Rights Act ("CCPA"), gives you the right to opt out of the "sale" or
"sharing" of your Personal Information, including sharing for cross-context behavioral
(interest-based) advertising.
Please review our Privacy Policy for a detailed description of how we collect, use, and
share the Personal Information of California residents; your privacy rights; and how to
exercise them. For purposes of this notice, "Personal Information" has the meaning given
in the CCPA and does not include information exempted from its scope.
Moistar does not sell your Personal Information for money in the conventional sense.
However, like many companies, we use analytics and advertising services that may collect
device identifiers, cookies, and browsing activity, and we may make this information
available to advertising and analytics partners. Under the CCPA, some of these activities
may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" of Personal Information.
How to opt out:
• Use the "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" toggle/link on this page to
submit your request for this browser and device.
• We recognize and honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. If your browser sends a
GPC signal, we will treat it as a valid opt-out request for that browser.
• You may also email support@moi-star.com.
Please note that some transfers of Personal Information may not be considered "sales" or
"sharing," and certain exemptions may apply under the CCPA. Your selection does not affect
other sharing of your information as described in our Privacy Policy. You will still see
some advertising regardless of your selection. Browser-based selections are saved only to
this browser on this device.
For any other questions or requests, please contact support@moi-star.com.
